We’re Hiring – Lathe Machine Operator

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating conventional and/or automatic lathe machines, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver precise, high-quality components. Accuracy, efficiency, and a professional attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture components according to technical drawings

* Interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and measurements

* Perform regular machine inspections and routine maintenance

* Monitor production output to maintain high accuracy and quality standards

* Troubleshoot minor technical issues and adjust machine settings when needed

* Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment

* Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet deadlines

Requirements:

* Age: 28 to 35 years

* Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of proven lathe machine operation experience

* Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and material handling

* Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

* Attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality work

* Professional discipline and ability to follow operational procedures

* Familiarity with workplace safety standards and quality control practices
