There.App Co seeks a business development and sales (and maybe some marketing, support & more) leader to work alongside the company's co-founders.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage across relevant markets for prioritization, and to direct what go-to-market operations the company should select, implement & scale
- Develop substantial enterprise customer deals, impactful partnerships, and rapid-return growth practices that advance company towards profitability
- Maintain great relationships with important, representative customers to refine strategies & tactics, and direct company roadmap advocating for market needs & interests
- Build operations for growth & excellence with great team and implementation of systems
- May play leadership roles in certain marketing, support &/or onboarding activities
- Part of management team establishing startup with venture-scale ambitions

- Strategic & entrepreneurial orientation to experiment, assess, commit & optimize as opportunities develop
- Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise software sales & partnerships
- Relationships & perspectives in multiple markets related to on-site project execution
- Location preference around relevant hubs of frequent event activity such as Southern California, Bay Area, Austin, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, DC, New York, London or Amsterdam
- Building & managing teams

Position Compensation
- Top-three personal share of company’s founding stock, consistent with foundational leadership role, alongside president and tech-lead, while company launches as business
- Contractor arrangement to start with mid-high single digit $Ks monthly retainer for first few months of establishing go-to-market activities
- These early activities will include devising sales incentive comp programs in which executive will also personally participate
- Position to convert within a couple quarters to full-time employment with normal venture-funded start-up benefits programs
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
