Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry and cleaning needs in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate and monitor laundry machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing areas, folding stations, and restrooms
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Provide guidance on machine usage, drying times, and laundry options to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer facing environments is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain a tidy environment
• Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry processes is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to laundry equipment and cleaning supplies
