Laundromat and Dry Cleaning Counter Attendant

Overview
We are looking someone who is friendly and dependable to join our team. This person will help customers in our store and laundromat, answer questions, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers in person
• Help with questions, product information, and problem resolution
• Enter and update customer information in the computer
• Handle cash transactions and balance the cash drawer
• Communicate customer concerns and feedback to management
• Work with team members to provide smooth and efficient service

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance appropriate for a customer-facing environment
• Cash handling and basic computer experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts without frequent call-ins
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Night shift (required)
• Day shift (preferred)

Location:

• Grand Rapids, MI 49503 (must be able to commute)

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
