Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundromat operations, including managing equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining efficient workflow
• Assist customers with their laundry needs, providing friendly and professional service to enhance their experience
• Supervise staff members, assign tasks, and support training to ensure high standards of service and safety
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility by organizing washing stations, folding areas, and customer seating areas
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Support wash and fold processes by ensuring proper handling of delicate garments and adhering to quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
• Familiarity with cleaning practices and maintaining sanitary conditions in a public setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
