Laundromat Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This role involves various responsibilities, including laundry services, cleaning, and assisting customers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Manage laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and customer clothing.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including common areas, and restrooms as required.
• Perform basic cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Utilize basic math skills to manage cash register operations effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Basic math skills for cashiering responsibilities are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
