Responsibilities

• Operate industrial laundry machines efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other textiles.
• Sort laundry items by cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including floors, equipment, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and floor care.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and operating heavy machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with light janitorial tasks around the facility to support overall cleanliness standards.
• Support housekeeping management by ensuring timely laundry turnaround to meet guest needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques.
• Background in janitorial or custodial work within hospitality or healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures for textiles and linens preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
