Laundry Attendant

We are looking for a hard worker, fast learner, energetic, and fun person who is reliable. Must be available 2pm-10pm and weekends. This person has to have great attendance! If you love cleaning this job is for you. It is a fun atmosphere and you are always busy. You receive tips which is a plus. Please ONLY apply if very interested in working at Love Laundry.

Job duties include customer service, maintaining a clean laundromat and drop off laundry service.

Essential Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service in a business like and professional manner.
• Be able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
• Understand equipment operation, store start–up and shut down procedures.
• Maintain excellent store housekeeping at all times
• Follow proper cash register operation and reporting
• Handle customer objections, complaints, and refusal of service in a professional manner.
• Address all issues of loitering and removing or refusing service to undesirable customers, always in a professional manner.
• Maintain a family friendly environment at all times.
• Understand refund and complaint procedures.
• Report to management any suspicious behavior, persons, or situations.
• Maintain comfortable atmosphere in regards to music volume, interior temperature etc.
• Report to management all equipment issues utilizing the correct reporting procedures.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
