1.1 Responsible to coordinate with hotel housekeeper with regard to pick up and deliveries of hotel linen, staff uniforms, guest laundry and special requirements.
1.2 Ensures that laundry services are met on time and that urgent requirements are done promptly.
1.3 Ensure to update daily laundry production reports, control sheets for all clients and post laundry charges for invoicing.
1.4 Post the amount to the hotel account by using the Micros Machine.
1.5 Update staff attendance sheets and overtime for payroll system.
1.6 Prepare duty schedule for staff according to operational needs.
1.7 Reports any loss or damage of fixtures and equipment to the General Manager.
1.8 Conduct monthly inventory for laundry chemical and supplies.
1.9 Assists in placing supplies and chemical order for laundry department.
1.10 Assists the supervisor with all admin work in the office.
1.11 Ensures the laundry office is kept clean, neat and tidy.
1.12 Assists in helping out in other areas of the laundry when necessary.
1.13 Carries out any special work assignments.
1.14 To be familiar with and carry out the policies and procedures of company.
1.15 Assists in implanting the emergency procedures when requested.
1.16 Assist in placing maintenance request for the laundry equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
