Laundry Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our laundry department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality cleaning standards, smooth workflow, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train laundry staff
• Coordinate daily production schedules and workload distribution
• Inspect linens, uniforms, and laundry equipment for quality and maintenance needs
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage orders
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep accurate records of operations and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry operations; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
