Laundry Supervisor – Private VVIP Villa

About the Role:

A prestigious private VVIP villa is seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor with exceptional expertise in handling and maintaining luxury garments. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive knowledge of high-end fabrics, couture care, and advanced stain removal techniques — particularly for children’s clothing.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the entire household laundry department, ensuring impeccable standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage all laundry operations within the private villa

· Supervise laundry staff and ensure adherence to luxury garment care standards

· Expert handling of designer and couture clothing, delicate fabrics, and specialty items

· Advanced stain removal, particularly for children’s clothing (food, ink, paint, grass, etc.)

· Proper washing, drying, ironing, steaming, folding, and wardrobe organization

· Maintain fabric integrity, color preservation, and garment longevity

· Ensure proper storage and rotation of seasonal wardrobes

· Manage laundry inventory (detergents, fabric care products, equipment maintenance)

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

· Implement high hygiene and quality control standards

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor in a private household, luxury hotel, or VVIP residence

· Extensive knowledge of luxury fabrics (silk, cashmere, linen, wool, couture garments, etc.)

· Strong expertise in advanced stain treatment techniques

· Experience caring for children’s garments with high attention to detail

· Ability to lead and manage a small team

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor

· Strong understanding of garment care labeling and fabric treatment processes

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in a royal, VIP, or UHNW household

· Training or certification in textile care or fabric technology

· Experience with high-end garment brands and couture handling
