We are currently looking for a Field Supervisor - HVAC (LAUSD CM-FS-1025-44-H) for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.
Required Experience/Skills:
Education
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 10 years of experience. Four of the ten years of experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for year basis
- 6 or more years full time paid professional experience working with on-site construction management teams as well as with campus administrators, faculty and staff.
Compensation:
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
