Job Summary:

  • Prepare legal drafts;
  • Assist law enforcement by writing warrants and answering general questions regarding warrants;
  • Process and investigate citizen complaints;
  • Assist in trial preparation; and
  • Assist in preparing responses to Freedom of Information Act requests.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.
