Law Graduate / Legal Associate

We are seeking a motivated Law Graduate to support our legal team in matters relating to Social Security Acts (SSA), Labor & Employment Laws, and Corporate Laws. The role involves legal research, drafting, vetting, and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling matters related to Social Security Laws, including:
• Support compliance and advisory work under Labor & Employment Laws, including:
• Assist in corporate law matters, including:
• Company law compliances under the Companies Act
• Board resolutions, filings, and corporate governance support
• Drafting and vetting of legal documents, including:
• Employment contracts, HR policies, agreements, notices, and replies
• Conduct legal research and prepare notes, summaries, and opinions
• Assist in statutory filings, documentation, and maintenance of legal records
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and authorities when required
• Stay updated on changes in labor, social security, and corporate laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
