We are seeking a skilled Law & Motion Attorney with a strong background in plaintiff-side employment law. The ideal candidate will handle complex legal motions, conduct in-depth research, and draft persuasive briefs in support of employee rights cases.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active California Bar membership
• 3–7+ years of law and motion experience
• Proven expertise in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Outstanding research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Commitment to advocacy and promoting workplace justice

Compensation: Competitive salary ($160K–$220K) with discretionary bonus.
