Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk person to join our busy law office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service. Reliability and professional appearance and demeanor required. Fluency in English AND Spanish speaking reading and writing required. Opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls appropriately
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Use computer literacy skills to operate office equipment, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing files
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries in both English and Spanish with professionalism and clarity
- General administrative duties

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
