Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, and edging.
• Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or performing general maintenance.
• Use equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation and landscape installation projects.
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction.
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn about hardscape installation, snow plowing, and other landscaping techniques.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with crew members. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
