About the Position

As a Campus Landscape Technician, you'll take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and visually stunning outdoor spaces across our properties.

Position Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, and water lawns and green spaces.
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers to keep our landscape vibrant.
• Rake leaves, remove litter, and clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems.
• Monitor grounds for signs of disease, pests, or environmental stress.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report any damage, hazards, or necessary repairs to management.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar work is a plus.
• You’re comfortable using tools and equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.).
• Basic understanding of horticulture and grounds maintenance practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Early mornings, weekends, or holiday work may be needed depending on site needs.
