WeedX Fertilizing is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician who wants to grow with us and potentially step into a management position.

💰 Compensation

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000+ (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses

🌿 Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control applications
• Lawn & ornamental treatments (shrubs, trees, perimeter pest)
• Diagnose turf issues and recommend solutions
• Provide excellent customer communication
• Maintain clean and organized truck and equipment
• Assist in building route density and client relationships
• Eventually help lead technicians and oversee operations
  
  
  

✅ Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Ability to obtain PA pesticide applicator license (or already licensed)
• 5+ years experience in lawn care or landscape industry preferred
• Strong communication skills (must speak to customers)
• Professional clean cut appearance and positive attitude
