Florida's Finest is looking for an intelligent, hard working, computer literate person to join our team as a lawn/shrub care technician. Do you like nature and the outdoors? Experience is not preferred but is acceptable. If you have experience, please watch for the specific screening question about your experience. Must be physically fit, presentable, good with people, able to work outside in hot weather, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a desire to succeed. Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from the office is a must.

Starting pay is $650 with no experience during the training period. Once trained, you control your own paycheck. New people with the right attitude and work ethic generally get their first raise within 4-6 weeks. This is NOT a position where an average employee will make amazing money by just showing up. This IS a position where hard workers/learners are rewarded for their efforts. Weekly pay can get higher than what is listed on the ad. It was deliberately documented as a lower number so you understand what you'll realistically make early on and also to keep number chasers away. Be a great employee and the money chases you.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Inspecting, reporting, and treating all issues found (lawn and shrubs)
• Fertilizing
• Treating grass/plants for insects and/or fungus.
• Maintaining treatment records and recommendations.
• Driving a quality customer experience.
• Communicating with fellow workers, customers, and your supervisors. You should be capable of written and verbal communication.
• Ensure you complete your work in a timely manner.
• Possibly work a Saturday here and there as needed.
• Safely and professionally driving to and from our office.
• Dedication to continuing your education about the industry.
