Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience in various lawn care techniques. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial lawns, gardens, and landscapes.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain neat and healthy lawns.
• Execute landscape activities.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for tasks such as digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds.
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic mechanical maintenance.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices, including the use of hand tools and machinery.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance tasks.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
• A passion for gardening and landscaping will be beneficial in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Must have Z-track experience, trimming and blowing all parts of lawn mowing.
