Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Full-Time Landscaping and Lawn Care Upkeep Assistant to support our team in maintaining pristine and well-manicured landscapes starting this Spring! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a keen eye for landscape aesthetics. The primary focus will be on maintaining flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other softscaping elements to ensure they remain vibrant and well-kept throughout the seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape and lawn care maintenance, including trimming, weeding, mulching, pruning, and plant care.

Assist with planting flowers, trees, and shrubs to enhance outdoor spaces.

Maintain flower beds and garden areas, ensuring they remain neat and weed-free.

Water plants and monitor their health, reporting any signs of disease or damage.

Support seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal and winter prep.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of landscaping tools and workspaces.

Adhere to company safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is a plus but not required.

Passion for plants, landscaping, and working outdoors.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Reliable transportation to Hudson shop.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Flexible availability, including mornings or weekends as needed.
