Duluth Lawn Care is seeking a skilled lawn care applicator to join our team. As a lawn care applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control to single-family homes & businesses. You'll be working on your own, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine while making customers happy with your exceptional service.

Pay starts at $20 per hour for training with increases based on performance. Position Summary for Lawn Care technician: The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential customers all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care services such as applying fertilizer and weed control
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
• Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor

Qualifications:

• Valid and insurable driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
• Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
• Good customer services skills are preferred as you will be talking to customers on their lawn.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
