We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Chief to lead our lawn care team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn care workers, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met on every project
• Coordinate daily tasks related to lawn maintenance. We only serve high-quality clients!
• Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth execution
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper operation and timely repairs for ongoing productivity

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor projects
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team efficiently and motivate others
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and horticulture principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of general maintenance of outdoor spaces
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to lawn care or equipment promptly and effectively

Salary: $800/week
$100 Bonus for complete route each week
$100 Bonus for NO callbacks or complaints
50% commission on first month of any new lawn client
8% commission for any upsell or landscaping work
$75.00 bonus for obtaining a five-star review from a client.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
