Lawn Care Crew Lead

We're a small lawn care operation based in Geneva, IL running mowing routes in Mill Creek, St. Charles, and Batavia. Looking for a reliable crew lead who knows what they're doing and doesn't need to be babysat.

What the job is: Run a mowing route. Mow, trim, edge, blow. Show up on time, do clean work, treat the equipment right. That's it.

What you need:

• Valid Illinois driver's license
• Your own transportation to our Geneva location
• Available Monday through Friday starting at 7am
• At least 2 years of lawn care experience
• Reliable — this is the only real requirement that matters

What you get:

• $28-30 per hour depending on experience
• Performance bonus up to $75 per week
• $50 cash for every client you refer who signs up
• Hours start at 2 days per week in May and build to full time by July — telling you that upfront so you can plan around it

This is not a franchise. Same neighborhoods every week, you'll know the clients within a month. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to stick around.
