Lawn Care Crew Leader

POSITION DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS

Position Title: Crew Leader

Pay Band: $22 - $27 per hour

Job Summary: Managing daily operations within a team of lawn care technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery for LMI clients.

Employment Opportunities: Primarily seasonal, with work concentrated during the spring, summer, and fall months. However, there is an opportunity for full-time, year-round employment for individuals interested in taking on additional responsibilities or off-season projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to operate equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other lawncare related equipment.

2. Perform basic equipment maintenance including sharpen blades, change oil, and other general maintenance.

3. Keeps high standards including property image, professionalism, customer service, with attention to detail.

4. Report concerns or issues with equipment or properties in a timely manner.

5. Complete regular equipment checks.

6. Maintain a clean work vehicle and shop space.

Work Requirements and Characteristics

1. Physical requirements including walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other repetitive motions.

2. Outdoor working environment including excessive heat, cold, wind, and other potentially inclement weather.

Required Qualifications

1. Current MN Driver’s License

2. Clean driving record

3. Minimum 2 years lawncare experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• Brainerd, MN 56401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
