Lawn Care Crew Leader - Experienced Professional

Colarossi Landscaping is a full-service property maintenance company that has been serving the Southeast Michigan area since 2005. This summer, we're looking for 2-3 experienced lawn care crew leaders to join our team with openings on residential and commercial crews. We offer competitive pay, paid holidays, and PTO earned weekly.

We currently have a lawn care crew leader position open for the remainder of the season.

Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of commercial lawn care experience using zero-turn, stand-on, and other commercial lawn care equipment
- Valid US Driver’s license & legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to drive a truck and a 16'+ trailer
- Ability to be on time to work every day, follow instructions, execute and produce results
- Work productively for extended periods of time without direct supervision
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and professional
- Able to lift up to 50lbs without reasonable accommodation and work outdoors for extended periods of time

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage a 2–3 person lawn care crew servicing commercial and residential properties
• Oversee and execute weekly lawn maintenance routes with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Safely operate and train crew members on commercial lawn care equipment (zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers)
• Ensure all properties are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe job site for crew members, customers, and pedestrians at all times
• Communicate daily with management regarding route progress, property issues, and customer concerns
• Complete and submit service reports, work orders, and equipment maintenance requests as needed
• Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Set the pace for productivity, attitude, and professionalism on every job site
