:Lawn Care Crew Leader Independent (truck and trailer required)

Job Overview

We are hiring a reliable Lawn Care Crew Lead to handle residential lawn maintenance routes independently. This position requires someone with experience who can work efficiently without supervision.

You must have your own truck and trailer. We provide all mowing and landscaping equipment.

This is a part-time position (10 - 40 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time as workload increases.

Duties

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns
• Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and patios
• Follow daily route and complete jobs on time
• Maintain and take care of equipment
• Communicate any issues or concerns

Requirements

• Must have your own truck and trailer
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid Insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check consistent with job responsibilities

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
