Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard. You will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional lawn care services, including mowing, landscape maintenance, and seasonal tasks such as snow plowing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist in landscape maintenance including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Participate in tree trimming and hardscape installation projects as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is needed
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
