Lawn Care Crew Member

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing lawn care company. This position offers strong seasonal hours, with consistent winter income through job-attached unemployment. Responsibilities: Mowing residential and commercial lawns; trimming and edging with a weed eater; blowing off sidewalks and driveways; leaf cleanups; power raking; light landscaping; occasional snow removal in winter months. Requirements: Valid, clean driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working outdoors in hot weather; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; lawn care experience preferred (willing to train the right person). Schedule: 40–50 hours per week during mowing season. Season runs from early May through November. Winter Income: We provide job-attached unemployment during the off-season. Employees are able to take most of the winter off while continuing to receive weekly unemployment benefits. Snow removal work is available periodically throughout the winter for additional income.
