Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure lawns, gardens, and other green spaces are kept in pristine condition. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and have a passion for landscaping.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure lawns are well-kept.
• Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers as directed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each workday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping IS REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor throughout the day.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping.

Pay: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
