Highland Landscaping is hiring a full-time Lawn Care Crew Member.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a seasonal paycheck. We want a long-term employee who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating zero-turn mowers on residential & commercial properties
• Trimming, edging, and detail work
• Blowing off sidewalks and driveways
• Driving company trucks and pulling trailers
• Maintaining equipment and keeping rigs clean
• Working efficiently and professionally as part of a team

This is physical outdoor work. It’s hot. It’s fast-paced. We expect steady effort and a positive attitude.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• DOT Medical Card (we will help the right candidate obtain one)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team-first mindset

Lawn care experience is preferred, but work ethic and attitude matter more.
