Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery upkeep.
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Perform hardscape installation and repair such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects like excavation or tree trimming to ensure efficient progress.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when needed.
