Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy lawns and gardens
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs using power tools and mechanical knowledge
• Assist with general site cleanup and landscape maintenance to uphold high standards of appearance

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical principles to safely operate equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team goals
