What You'll Do

• Assist with mowing, edging, weedeating, trimming, and general lawn care
• Use commercial lawn equipment (training provided)
• Follow direction and learn route responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required — we’ll train the right person
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Bakersfield
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must speak English
• Own a smartphone
• Able to pass a background check
• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic
