This position offers a hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver top-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Operate UTV's, compact tractor, skid loader, spreader sprayers, aerator, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for planting, trimming, and soil preparation.
• Support tree care activities like trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
• Services offered include, fertilization, herbicide, fungicide, and insecticide applications, sprinkler installations, grading, landscaping, tree spraying, aeration, seeding, complete lawn renovations.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, and hardscape installation is a plus.
• Experience with equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new skills in horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and snow removal operations. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
