Lawn Care Crew Member

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team.

This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mow lawns using commercial-grade equipment
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping features
- Blow off clippings and debris to maintain clean properties
- Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, leaf removal, and spring/fall cleanups
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Communicate with crew leaders regarding job progress or issues

Qualifications:

- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual

-Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• Typical hours: 40+ hours

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
