About the Role
We are a growing lawn care company looking for a reliable and dependable crew member who takes pride in quality work. This is an outdoor position focused on residential and light commercial lawn maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and produce clean, straight lines with professional striping
• Use a string trimmer (weedeater) with speed and accuracy around beds, fences, sidewalks, and obstacles
• Perform edging, trimming, and basic spring cleanup / mulch preparation
• Follow routes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance needs
• What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with commercial mowers and string trimmers is strongly preferred
• Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to mow straight lines and edge cleanly without scalping
• Highly reliable, dependable, and punctual — you show up on time and ready to work every day
• Good communication skills — you respond to messages and updates promptly
• No substance abuse issues
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to work well as part of a small team

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
