We are Taco Man Lawncare LLC.. A locally founded Lawn Care provider founded in 2020. We have fun everyday providing top notch lawn care services as well as taking care of the community with our non profit Tacos In Need Incorporated.

Would you like to get in on the ground floor with a company sustaining continual organic growth? We are not just looking for our next employee but our next partner. Someone who will grow with us and help us grow. We are seeking a lawn care driver/crew leader, the ability to and experience driving trailers would be an huge plus, but I would train the right person as well. We follow the Smith System in all our daily driving. You have to be insurable, with no DWIs in the past 7 years. You also must be able to get a medical card. As driver you also must complete the "paperwork" and also plan ahead at each job to get the jobs completed efficiently and minimize any down time waiting around. You are also working along using all the lawn care equipment while you are at the stop.

Experience with Lawn care equipment is a bonus but not necessary. A great attitude and willingness to learn is. We work outside in the elements. We smell the air and we feel the weather. We use late model equipment but it still takes some effort and sweat to run it. If that sounds like something you want to try give us a shout. Let’s grow together!

7 am starts in Pasadena, Part time or full time available April through November.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
