Lawn Care Employee

We are a growing landscaping company based in Aledo, TX, looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to perform, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and clean-ups
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow directions from crew leaders and work effectively as part of a team
• Ensure properties are maintained to high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
