Lawn Care Equipment & Facilities Maintenance Technician
Who We Are & What We Value
We aren’t just a lawn care company; we’re a local team dedicated to keeping our community beautiful. We take immense pride in our work, and that starts in the shop. We’re looking for a "details person"—someone who finds satisfaction in a perfectly tuned engine and a clean workspace.
Our culture is built on a simple philosophy: we do what we say we’re going to do. We provide a premium service, and that starts with the technician who keeps our gear running and our shop professional.
Our Core Values:
- See it, Say it, Do it: If you spot a problem, speak up and take the lead on fixing it. We value proactive owners, not passive observers.
- Care About What You Do: Whether you’re sharpening a blade or cleaning the breakroom, do it with pride. The details matter.
- Believe in Us: We are a team. We trust one another to help this company grow and succeed.
- Respect & Respected: We treat our equipment, our facility, and each other with professional respect. It’s earned and returned every day.
- Be Consistent, Be Present: Reliability is our backbone. We need you here, focused, and bringing your best every shift.
The Role: The Backbone of the Fleet
As our Maintenance Technician, you ensure our field crews are never held back by equipment failure. You keep our operations moving safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have the aptitude and drive to study for and pass the Pesticide Applicator License exams for both Massachusetts and Connecticut

Shop & Facility Stewardship
- Own the organization of the warehouse and shop—everything has a place.
- Ensure the facility (restrooms, offices, common areas) is spotless and professional.
- Manage property upkeep, including mowing, edging, and seasonal leaf/snow removal.
