The Role at a Glance

• Precision Turf Care: Utilize pro-grade spreaders and sprayers to deliver exact nutrient and pest control applications.
• Technical Operations: Master equipment calibration and troubleshooting to ensure every property receives the perfect "dose" for optimal growth.
• Safety First: Handle, mix, and store products with strict adherence to environmental and safety standards.
• Field Strategy: Work outdoors across diverse terrains, adjusting your approach based on Wisconsin’s shifting weather patterns.

Why You’ll Stand Out

• Credentialed (or ready to be): You already hold a WI pesticide/fertilizer applicator license, or you have the mechanical aptitude to let us help you get one.
• Mechanically Inclined: You’re comfortable with power tools and large-scale landscaping machinery.
• Detail Driven: You understand that "close enough" isn't good enough when it comes to product ratios and mixing.
• Reliable & Resilient: You enjoy physical work, can lift 60+ lbs, and don't mind a little Wisconsin weather.

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (non-negotiable).
• Reliable Transportation to and from our shop.
• Professionalism: You are punctual, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check.
• Mathematical Basics: Comfortable with ratios and measurements for accurate product mixing.

Compensation & Expectations

• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (Commensurate with experience and licensing).
• Growth Track: Performance-based pay review after a 60-day trial period.
• Hours: Generally 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• The Season: Primary season runs April – November, with opportunities for winter hours in snow removal for those looking for year-round work.
