We are a growing lawn, landscape, and snow removal company seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Foreman who wants more than just a job. Established in 2022, we have the professional equipment, systems, and foundation in place to continue expanding. We are looking for someone who wants to help grow the company and share in the opportunities that come with that growth.

The ideal candidate will be able to confidently perform all daily lawn care operations. This is the minimum experience requirement for this position.

For the right person who can help grow the business, there is potential for substantial income growth as the company expands. As additional crews are established, this position will evolve into a management role overseeing day-to-day operations.

Lawn Care Foreman Responsibilities

• Drive company truck and trailer
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance services
• Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Document completed work using our lawn care management app
• Identify damaged or defective equipment and report for repair
• Perform snow removal services including plowing, snow blowing, and salting

Future Management Responsibilities May Include

• Estimating and quoting new work
• Preparing proposals and bids
• Scheduling crews and creating efficient routes
• Managing employees, equipment, supplies, and subcontractors
• Improving systems and processes
• Building customer relationships and growing the customer base

Requirements

• Lawn care and landscaping experience required
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable driving trucks with trailers
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and cellphone
