Lawn Care Forman

Heritage Irrigation and Landscape is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, leadership-driven Lawn Foreman to oversee daily crew operations. You'll manage a team of crew members, ensure jobs are completed on time and to our quality standards, and serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a lawn crew of 2–4 members throughout the daily route
• Ensure all commercial properties are serviced to Heritage quality standards
• Operate and oversee use of all lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance and safety
• Communicate daily with operations/management on job progress and issues
• Conduct on-site quality checks before leaving each property
• Manage time and route efficiency to meet daily production goals
• Handle basic client interactions professionally and report feedback to management
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
• Enforce all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related outdoor services
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required; CDL or ability to drive trucks/trailers a plus
• Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
