Lawn Care & Grounds Maintenance Technician

Overview
Southern Lawns is a well-established, family-owned lawn and land management company serving Natchez and surrounding areas for over 17 years. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team.

This position involces a mix of lawn care, property maintenance, and occasional light equipment or tractor work depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off properties
• Maintaining residential and commercial accounts
• Assisting with landscaping, clean-ups, and storm debris removal
• Operating zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Loading/unloading equipment and keeping trailers organized

Requirements

• Must show up on time, every day
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Ability to work in heat, humidity, and outdoor conditions daily
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor
• Valid drivers license
• Experience is a plus, we we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule

• Pay based on experience and reliability
• Full time, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays as needed)
• Opportunity for raises and more responsibility for the right person

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
