Compensation: $15-$21.00 DOE

Position employment type: full-time

Ground Control is hiring a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build skills in the green industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care and property maintenance services
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
• Follow daily routes and work efficiently as part of a team
• Communicate respectfully with customers and crew members

Requirements

• 1+ year lawn care or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible availability with varied daily end times

Equipment Experience Preferred

• Commercial zero-turn mowers
• Weed trimmers / weed whipping
• Backpack blowers
• Powered hedge trimmers
• Leaf loader systems
• Hydraulic dump trailers

Green industry experience is a plus — we provide training.
