The Role: We are seeking a versatile Crew Member to join our Lawn & Landscape division. You will be responsible for high-end residential and commercial property maintenance. When the mowing schedule is clear, you will transition into our landscaping team to assist with mulch installation, plantings, and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional Mowing: Operation of commercial-grade zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, and walk-behinds with a focus on precision and property aesthetics.
• Detailing: Expert string trimming, edging, and debris clearing (blowing) to ensure a "master-level" finish on every property.
• Landscaping: Assist in the installation of mulch, decorative stone, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and longevity.
• Client Interaction: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working on client properties.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is required.
• Insurability: You must have a clean driving record and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
• Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. Our clients expect the "Green Edge Standard" every single day.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience: Prior experience in commercial mowing or professional landscaping is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic.
