Job Description: We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our growing team. This position is hands-on and labor-intensive, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work. You’ll be responsible for lawn mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• General landscape maintenance and cleanup
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and professional job site
• Following safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (lifting, bending, standing, walking)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take feedback

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
• Valid driver’s license
