Duties

• Assist with mowing lawns, trimming trees, and maintaining gardens to ensure lush, healthy landscapes
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows to support various landscaping tasks
• Support the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and hardscape features like patios or walkways
• Help with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible
• Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and prepare work areas for ongoing projects
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Use power tools safely and effectively under supervision for landscaping or construction projects

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in horticulture, tree care, or hardscape installation
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures diligently
• A positive attitude with a desire to contribute to team efforts in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
