Compensation: $15-$24.00 DOE

Position employment type: full-time

Ground Control is hiring an experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead to help lead daily operations and deliver high-quality outdoor services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with professional equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lawn care operations and job sites
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on every property
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Lead by example with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements

• 1+ year lawn care or green industry experience
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
• DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible availability with varied daily end times

Equipment Experience Preferred

• Commercial zero-turn mowers
• Weed trimmers / weed whipping
• Backpack blowers
• Powered hedge trimmers
• Leaf loader systems
• Hydraulic dump trailers
• Pulling trailers

Green industry knowledge is a plus — we provide all necessary training.
